This store is operated by Markovic Software, obrt za usluge, Kneza Trpimira 12, 31200 Višnjevac, Croatia, OIB 06437765316. Throughout these terms, "we" and "us" mean Markovic Software, obrt za usluge, trading as Lift & Rest. By using liftandrest.com or placing an order, you agree to what follows.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. We sell to customers in the United States only.

Products, prices, and availability

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. We may change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.

We try hard to describe products accurately, but specifications, dimensions, weight limits, and colors come from our suppliers and manufacturers, and screens render color differently. We don't warrant that every description is complete or error-free.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or is out of stock after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll tell you if that happens.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — including ones already placed — where we suspect fraud, where stock has run out, or where a pricing error has occurred.

Not veterinary advice

The articles, buying guides, and product descriptions on this site are general information for dog owners. They are not veterinary advice and are not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian. Mobility loss, limping, and reluctance to move can be symptoms of conditions that need medical attention. Products sold here are comfort and mobility aids; they do not treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If your dog is in pain or their mobility is changing, please talk to your vet.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for change of mind. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled and refunded in full. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are replaced free of charge when reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

By placing an order you confirm you have read and accept this. Full detail is in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here affects rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under it. You agree not to use the store unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or copy its content for commercial use.

Our content

Everything on this site — text, product descriptions, photographs, layout, and code — is owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Reviews and comments you submit may be published, and you grant us permission to use them for that purpose. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading, or that isn't yours to post.

Third-party links

We sometimes link to independent testing, manufacturer documentation, or other outside sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits. Where that's the case, they don't apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. This does not remove the mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
