Where we ship

United States only. We don't currently ship internationally.

Where orders ship from

Every item we sell is stocked in a US warehouse and ships domestically. Nothing is shipped to you from overseas, so there are no customs delays, no import duties, and no multi-week waits.

Cost

Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no surcharges. The cost is already built into our prices, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Timing

Processing: 1-2 business days after you order
Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing

Larger items such as beds and ramps ship from the warehouse closest to you where possible, and can occasionally take a day or two longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and holiday volume can all push delivery beyond the usual window.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once the package leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to start updating — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Split shipments

If you order several items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You're never charged extra for this. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.

Delivery addresses

We ship to residential and business addresses. We can't ship to addresses outside the United States.

Please double-check your address at checkout. Once an order is with the carrier we can't redirect it, and we can't take responsibility for packages delivered correctly to an address you supplied — including packages left in a safe place or with a neighbour by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but the package isn't there, email us and we'll help you open a carrier trace.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If tracking has shown no movement for five business days, or the package arrives damaged, email support@liftandrest.com with your order number and photos where relevant. See our Refund and Return Policy for how we resolve it.
